Small tool to drop points onto a surface. This is a modified script from InsertBlockOnSrf.rvb that I posted earlier. This one starts with existing points, InsertBlockOnSrf.rvb creates it's own randomized grid of points over a surface, drops them on the surface, then inserts a given block at that point.
